Job Description:
Market analysis & business model design
Responsible for sustainable business market research
Design sustainable business models and consulting services based on Schneider’s business scope
Pre-sales Support
Studying account profiles and prepare materials for sales pitch
Delivering professional capability and image in front of executive levels of target ?accounts
Understanding and analyzing customer challenges/pains, in the areas of carbon reduction, energy efficiency, resource conservation, social responsibility
Delivering compelling proposals by combing the SE's capabilities, technologies and ?domain expertise
Communicating proposal to right level of stakeholders within target account's ?organization and driving to a real scope of work
Project Execution
Leading and closing the structured project with customer satisfaction and continuous ?interests in SE's relevant solutions/services
Handling and improving internal IT tool to facilitate customers’ operation in sustainability
Customer, Government and Partner Relationship
Joining targeted forums/conferences to expanding networks for SE's low-carbon brand and services in energy management and carbon management
Communicating with government officials in charge of carbon, energy and environmental policies, in SE’s GA channel and personal channel
Managing relationship with overall business partners
Experience Required:
a. 5+ years of experiences/background in carbon or energy market
b. Domestic working experience with first-class carbon consulting firm or carbon auditing firm
c. Overseas working experience in carbon management or carbon trading (Europe or North America) is a plus
d. Working experience in IT tool development is a plus
